Do y'all feel like we have an abnormal amount of injuries every year? Or are we just plagued with bad luck? Injuries in the past couple of seasons: Drew, Taysom, Jameis, Kamara, Thomas, Davenport, etc? Even Shawn Payton broke his leg a couple of years ago

Is it something with the team doctors? The pelicans seem to have this problem too.

You could possibly look to Beau Lowry moving over to LSU as a reason. That said LSU has had its fair share of injuries as well…although there may be other motives involved with that as well.

Relative to this season.

Injuries are just a part of the game and even more so with what will be an extended season.

Team doctors can’t be blamed for the actual injuries; however, they do earn their fair share of blame when the injuries linger or are misdiagnosed.

Their history is why I give MT the benefit of the doubt for trying to go w a more conservative treatment route this off-season if his doctor said he may be able to avoid surgery.
