Detroit has so much more going for it at this point. Downtown is being revitalized. Violent crime is slowly leaving that area (but obviously still bad elsewhere). Major rebuilding projects going on.

Marcelo family had the land between Avondale and GI which is called Delta Farms. I fished it often with relatives of Marcelo.
