Most likely because they come back to the hood running their head. They are surrounded by people kissing their arse all day everyday because they are a "celebrity" and don't realize the streets don't care.

Lil Boosie said it is jealousy. They can’t stand to see someone else make it. That’s why they get killed in their hometown more times then not.
