Rock bottom is different for everyone - its more of a self realization that this is the worst it can get and you'll do anything possible to get up and never return. I've been sober for 985 days now after hitting my bottom, which I won't share publicly. I promised God, my family, and my friends that I would do everything in my being to never be in that same spot.
