Lincoln has been my pick since day 1. If this hire is made he will grab the SEC by the balls and change the college football landscape for the next 30 years. I want him as the next head coach so bad I cannot stand it. We have the right man closing this thing out. I’m riding all the way.

I agree wholeheartedly with you. Riley, imo, won’t leave OU ever if it isn’t now. This legit LSU’s chance to basically pull a Saban’esque figure directly from a future conference rival.
I think if it isn’t Lincoln then any chance of LSU becoming a playoff regular will be over, or at least program that makes it deep once it’s expanded.
Woodward clearly feels somewhat similar if the offer is as strong as what has been reported.
