Yup. Or the alternative is, build 150+ nuclear power plants to power a near 100% passenger EV society. I don't think that would include commercial and hauling. And actually they've been in the process of shutting down plants. Nuclear power more or less peaked 30 years ago, although they are expanding some plant capacity.
Also, this does not account for population increase.
What they are talking about is nonsense.
