I work in a joint replacement surgery center all day. Best advice I can give is find someone who knows what they’re doing. A surgeon is no different than a mechanic. Some are good, some suck.

Seems easier said than done. What’s the best way to find a surgeon that knows what they’re doing or to avoid one who doesn’t?
