Not telling you anything you probably don’t know, but 300 acres isn’t going to support multiple mature bucks 24/7/365. Sounds to me like the mature deer are coming to visit regularly but not necessarily living on your property. If you own it, try to increase habitat diversity by cutting/thinning as you can and try to establish no pressure areas.
