I would hold onto Contreras for a little while, at least until Langeliers is almost ready just to have a somewhat viable backup to TDA. Then I'd try to move him.
I would deal Waters. Pache has a higher ceiling but lower floor. If nothing else he'll be at the worst an elite defender in CF.
