I assume I’ll play jeudy if he is in but not sure what to do if he doesn’t play??

Trying to decide between Jeudy and Waddle myself. Jeudy has a great matchup but I wonder what the target share will be and if his snaps will be limited. Waddle seems like he'd get plenty of targets but I'm worried Tre'Davious White shadows him.
