1. No words she could have said would justify physical assault. Kevin Sorbo summarized in his comment to this tweet. “Being Offended by words means you can’t control you’re (sic) own emotions. Grow up.”



I am also reminded of one America’s great cinematic moments.



2. One DOES wonder, however, what he was doing to cause her to mouth-off to him about a “chill pill.” In context of the video, it sounds like he was scolding his kids about something. If so, it does not seem to have been any of her business.



Even so, the appropriate response from him was NOT an assault, but rather “Ma’am, these are MY children. I would thank you to mind your own business.”

3. Since the assailant has been identified (by his own family, no less), it will be interesting to see whether he is arrested and prosecuted.
