re: Invisible Fence for dog

Have had Petsafe invisible fences for around 10 years at 2 different homesites. Mixed results.....worked great on a jack russell and a lab mix mongrel. Failed miserably on a hound mix and two other mongrels. The hound mix would cross the fence unperturbed with her neck area visibly palpitating from the collar set on its highest setting. Mongrel 2 would just run through the damn line with a Yelp. Irritating as hell considering the $ outlay.
