Really toxic all the way around. In this day and age, coaches become star struck by 4 and 5 star ratings. In those ratings, there is no accounting for effort, character, fortitude or any of the other intangibles. In my opinion it is time to clean house. I would only be worried about keeping a handful of players who play hard all the time. If you don't have enough character to play hard when things are tough, I don't want you no matter how talented you are.

Coaches have to build the character and players that don't toe the line are let go, case in point, Ala, Penn State, Ohio State, Okla, etc. O has recruited for the NFL, making these players believe they are all going to NFL regardless of how hard they play or their character. It's not the players its the coaches.
