This woman wants to be a federal judge and SHE DOESN’T KNOW WHAT THE ERIE DOCTRINE IS?!?

Y’all this is basic law. First year law stuff. It’s so basic you don’t have to even cite it to a Federal Judge. It’s noncontroversial. It just means the Federal Court applies State law on state law questions.

If she doesn’t know what the Erie Doctrine is - she is per se disqualified from being a Federal Judge. At any level. Especially the appellate one.

When someone asks you to explain why affirmative action is bad, play them this clip. A 90 iq attorney is an outer to be on the 9th circuit and can’t even spell her name.

After watching Kennedy and Hawley ask questions which were either not answered or dodged, this judge should not be confirmed for the appellate court. Any republicans who vote in favor should be primaried.

By the way, why is it that trump had to fight tooth and nail for every appointee, no Demorat support, and maximum senate floor time taken for each nominee, but Biden gets his nominees through without delay and mostly with bipartisan support?
