What about a near loss to a god-awful team? Oklahoma was a yard away from losing to 1-6 Tulane. And Tulane had been practicing/staying in hotels in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham all week because of the hurricane

They got screwed out of having some sort of home field advantage too.
Should have played that game at Cajun Field in Lafayette, at least. That way, even if 30k Tulane fans didn’t show up, there wouldn’t have been 80k OU fans screaming while Tulane’s QB was trying to call plays and audible.
