I have a 6” slab with fiber and metal and a 24x36 Carolina carport. Wouldn’t have done it any other way except to do a full 30x40 lol. I really like my building.
ETA I did have to wait about 6 months for my building tho. That was back in 2019. I imagine with covid it’s way worse.
