1) Communication with Lee Mallett's employees is a nightmare.
2) Lee Mallett's building framer missed the building elevation 10" to high, which will cost me.
3) Due to recent damage from Hurricane Ida I learned that my #1 Mallett building was put together with nails instead of screws.
4) To many problems to list them all here.

We build buildings for a living. This....

Is on the contractor. If it was a lump sum price, no way you accept that change.
