Moles will tunnel and cause the earth to bump up…the tunnels will go for distances and meandering…when they come up to a solid object like a foundation they usually just turn the tunnel and run it along the foundations until they meander out …sometimes the pop their head up at the foundation and then turn….

If moles you roll see obvious tunnel “mounds”

From those pictures I would say not moles…
