At the end of the day all those low pressure sucker rod wells are obsolete and the production on them really isn't worth any sort of investment.
So I circle back to my earlier statement. It's a manipulative ploy targeted towards political leanings. California is still the hot bed of liberalism right?

Everything is depreciated and paid for. 3 bopd at $80 and $25 lifting and facility costs is decent cash flow.
