Those are the two choices for all but a very, very small percentage of people who may have a physical deformity.

There will be a sociologist trying to pose as a scientist along in a little while to tell you that there have been scientific studies that say you are wrong...
We screwed up closing the mental institutions and scaling back spending on mental health a long time ago...
