What is sad is that Coursey/Sherwood doesn't have to turn into a shithole, but Murphy Paul and Broome have zero desire to do anything to control the chaos, and the street cops have no incentive or backing to do the work themselves.

The entire 10/12 Cooridor is infested with Heroin/Fentanyl/ Meth Addicts and homeless people. They live under the overpasses. It's sad to see people at the end of their rope and literally sleeping anywhere they can. The National Opiate edpedemic has taken its toll .
