Damn! How are you not dead? edit... Sorry, I mistakenly read this as 179 per hour. 30 per hour still needs help.

Just to clarify...the conclusion was 30.8 events per hour of sleep

Which indicates severe sleep apnea .....thats what they are saying

They are recommending a CPAP or APAP
