Edit... I've been trying to stick to a permanent meal plan for several years. I do good for 4 months at 1500 cal/day, then I fall off the wagon back to 1800 to 2200 cal/day. weight fluctuations between 200 and 230. I do 20 minute treadmill cardio 3 to 4 times per week.
My point is, my diet didn't change when I started CPAP, but I packed on weight immediately. I think most people lose weight on CPAP because of good rest, but many people gain weight. Your mileage may vary.
