How the hell do you play this game without a subscription to Nintendo eshop.

A year of Switch Online is like $20. Screw Splatoon. Teach him how to play Metroid.

I didnt pick the game out. The wife and him did, it seems to be worthless of you dont have a subscription as far as i can tell.

Ya, I think we are going to get it. Hes only 6, he get switch stuff when he gets good grades, he did pretty good on his report card that came home so.

There's a single player campaign, too. Have to go to the manhole in the back left of the Plaza and follow the yellow guy, IIRC.

Depending on how young he is, some of the 1P stuff can be BRUTAL. Difficulty-wise, that is.

Spend the $20 and let him have fun. Plus you will have access to NES and Super NES games to share time playing with him
