You would be wrong.

Why don’t you go open your own business, and worry about that. No one’s forcing you to get the vaccine, you just don’t get to work here anymore. See how that works?

It’s times like these that I am super grateful that my sister is a pharmacist and I have options. I hope there is some sort of solution that can be found to everyone facing terminations.

This isn't a hardhat policy or company uniform requirement. People have a right to free and informed consent. A company cannot compel an employee to forgo their rights as a condition of employment.

This exact issue is going through the courts in Louisiana. The state constitution does in fact protect the individual.
