I don’t know why people think he’s done. I think a lot of people feel he was unfairly fired. He’s accountable for his shite comments but not ostracized for ever.

It's too soon. It will take time to rehabilitate his brand (whether you believe he was screwed or not.)

I know everyone wants to defend Gruden to own the libs, but did you ever think, maybe, just maybe a guy who used racist tropes in emails might not be all the attractive to black players you are trying to recruit?

how many of those are not middle aged white guys that watch Tucker Carlson nightly?
Look at the reaction from Randy Moss and Keyswhawn Johnson. Mock them all you want but there is prbably no amount of Ibrham X Kendi seminars that Gruden can attend that will rehab his image at 58 yo
