They are legally different vaccines.

Cominarty is for ages 16+.

Pfizer is for ages 12+.

I’d they were the same, they wouldn’t make this distinction.

The distinction is the boosters and 12+ are still completely under the EUA while data comes in. The FDA approved the formulation for 16+, 2 doses.

This is pretty clear on the August 23 and September 21 FDA press releases.

The eua version uses one system for lawsuits against the vax, and comirnaty will use another.

THAT is the difference.

But as mentioned, we're never going to comply with these unconstitutional mandates.
