Yea, probably. I think the roster will actually go below 40. Some guys will get cut, some guys will leave seeking playing time
There’s an overflow of pitching imo. They all can’t get the ball.

Technically, yes; but only by 1-2 pitchers. Even before roster expansion last year, Johnson typically carried at least 20 pitchers on his rosters. That’s why I don’t expect many cuts to come from that group.
