The problem with Louisiana is people feel it’s a bad day if they don’t “fill the box.” This mindset here is so different than other states. People certainly freezer burn their trout way more often than they actually feed 50 fillets to people. Sure someone could keep and cook 100 fish, but 25 is just silly.

I was at Hebert’s on calcasieu lake few weeks ago and a boat was putting in. Started taking to him and he was going shrimping. He was going to start restocking his freezer His freezer had gone out and he lost 500 lbs of shrimp. What the hell do you do with 500 lbs of shrimp.
