That is irrelevant, and based on a false premise. Comirnaty is the marketing name for the Pfizer vaccine, and is approved and available in the United States.

Pfizer is liable for nothing, it would be through the special vaccine system fund with a max 50K possible award for lost earnings if youre paralyzed or something.
