That is irrelevant, and based on a false premise. Comirnaty is the marketing name for the Pfizer vaccine, and is approved and available in the United States.

I'd like to see something that says you can get the Comirnaty label in the US. I have yet to find an example.

False, there is a liability shield for EUAs. Not as much for FDA approved. In regards to compensation.

Pfizer is liable for nothing, it would be through the special vaccine system fund with a max 50K possible award for lost earnings if youre paralyzed or something.
