There would be little to no liability regardless for the vaccine manufacturers. The NVICP is the avenue for recovery for vaccine injuries in this country.

The Comirnaty issue that you and others here are making hay over has nothing to do with why there isn't an OSHA mandate. Comirnaty is simply the name that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is being marketed under after recieving approval for adults 16+ back in August.

I'm saying that until the approved Comirnaty is available to the US pop, there can't legally be a mandate. If there was a mandate, the population would have to take the one under the EUA label (same ingredients, different label).

I'm not saying there are two vaccines. Both are probably made on the same production line together. One is just labeled with a EUA and one bottle has the FDA approval label. The FDA approval label bottle is not available in the US. This is to skirt liability.
