Credit Karma pulls transunion and equifax. I recently bought a car and the score they gave me at the dealership was like 10-15 points higher than what credit karma had (transunion and equifax)

I have a question. I missed a payment on an Amazon Visa card because I was confused because apparently it had sex with Chase and JPM (listed on the back). I ripped up the chase mail because I thought it was solicitation. That was like almost 3 years ago. My only missed payment on anything. How long until that doesn’t Matter? I sent in a dispute to get rid of it. I’m going to keep harassing them
