Miles or Crowton

Lots of people are giving Miles the credit for the gutsy call on the Last TD and last years last min. TD vs. Auburn. Maybe we are giving the credit to the wrong guy. Shouldn't Gary Crowton get a good bit of the credit for calling the plays.
Now don't get me wrong in no way is this a bash Miles thread. He ultimately gives the go ahead and has the trust in Crowton to make these calls, but maybe a bit more credit should be given to the LSU OC.

I think it's a mixture of both. These guys are both offense minded and work well together.

You need to learn about management.
Who takes the fall when things go bad? That same person takes the praise when things go good.
Do you think Steve Jobs is busy making all those gadgets for Apple?

I think Miles and Crowton have a great relationship and work well together, which is the polar opposite of the relationship Miles had with Fisher. Fisher was forced on Miles, he wanted Crowton from Day1.
To answer your question, I think they both deserve credit. Miles ultimately makes the final decision on everything, but he and Crowton put a game plan in TOGETHER and trust in each other's abilities and smarts.
They seem to work very well together and have a good chemistry offensively. And while Miles will always get the most credit (and criticism when things go bad), I think most LSU fans recognize the incredible job that Crowton is doing thus far at LSU.

Crowton has reached near mythical status, I don't think too many people are underestimating him (atleast in the LSU fan base)

Crowton calls the plays on offense. If he doesn't he should be fired. When you have an OC like Crowton you give him keys or you don't. If you don't he will find someone who will. OBTW, Jimbo should have his keys taken. Friends don't let friends drive their offense while intoxicated on stupidity.
FSU offense is horrid.

Who gives a shite what everybody thinks. If you are a true Tiger, than you know Crowton is to be credited for a large portion of things that go on

Miles not Crowton would be lambasted if that play failed

According to Jordy on the audio replay from tonight's radio show, it was Brandon Lafell at halftime who suggested to Crowton they start throwing underneath. Crowton took BL's advice and look what happened in the second half. It opened up the running game, which opened up a few longer passes too.
