I'm somewhat surprised some lawyers haven't been running nationwide advertisements for class action lawsuits yet. At a minimum they could sue for preferential treatment, forcing some Americans to be vaccinated while allowing millions of other Americans to go unvaccinated. There's so much legal wrangling that could be done and lawyers are missing a once in a lifetime opportunity to begin the restoration of America.
