Hopefully, she has the right accountants and lawyers that can keep the IRS at bay. Otherwise depending on when she goes the biggest benefactor will be the federal government.

When you donate the assets to the foundation that is a charitable gift not subject to estate taxes. The foundation will then have a requirement to put out 5% of its value annually at a discounted value of the assets. If she anyone worth a shite working on this, which I would assume she does the money isn’t going to the government.

With the right people leading the foundation and the investment of the proceeds the giving that foundation does could be massive for generations.
