Boudin Dip!!
4 links of boudin (de skinned)
1 block of cream cheese (softened)
1 can Regular Rotel (undrained)
8 oz. package mild cheddar cheese
Mix all together leaving enough cheese to cover the top and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until hot.
Ritz crackers or Ritz chips
Awesome with the deer boudin too!!!
