I have done well recently just limiting a pig out to once a week, typically on Friday night or Saturday. This is one treat-type thing + a "bad" meal. This thread made me hungry.

For week 2 I made some pulled chicken sliders (ate about 1.5 lbs of chicken with sauce and cheese), had 3 bags of chips (small bags from Sprouts), a dozen choc chip cookies, an entire container of hummus and some bagel chips. I then went on the next day to buy a large loaf of bread and make 2 huge subs with the rest of the chicken (another pound plus) just in case I didn't do enough damage to myself on the saturday.

I had one of those sugar headaches the entire next two days
