Sounds like the public figured out they never upgraded the system after the billions they’ve received over the past 15 years. So it’s time to cut bait and let someone else invest the money

So I have gone on record saying that audits need to be doe with utility companies state wide on how they have spent the "storm restoration" line item money.
If they are putting up more of the same stuff that blows away in 80-100 MPH winds then we have a problem. If they aren't using that money to make it easier to recover from hurricanes then we have a problem. I don't think turning NO over to the PSC is the answer BUT I surely don't think turning it over to the City of New Orleans is the answer.
I think the PSC in the state of LA needs to be overhauled drastically....but the providers won't let that happen.
