I think that's over the top. Kids are curious. I remember putting my mom's shoes on, playing with her makeup, etc. when I was 4 or 5. My parents just brushed it off and told me not to play with their things. I got bored with it and moved on to something else.

I put on my mom’s high heels one time when I was a kid because I wanted to know if they were as painful to wear as they looked.

If I did anything that a girl would do my brother would call me a fig. I probably didn't know what it meant when he first started calling me that (he is 10 years older than me).

I think I recall my sister trying to put a bow in my hair and getting really pissed because I didn't want my brother to see because he would call me a fig.
