This and other theatrics that is not germane to the game have no business at a State University athletic facility at any time during the event. Take it elsewhere.

I took a look at the replay, and it showed both teams kneeling for about five seconds just before the start of the game. The teams were already on the field, clearly after the national anthem, and the announcers said what took place was a 'show of unity'. Is this the kneeling the OP referenced or did LSU kneel when the national anthem was played, too? The national anthem was not shown on the replay.

For me, kneeling with the other team the way it was shown on the telecast is different than kneeling during the national anthem, which is something many people view as disrespectful.
