I don't think it's unrealistic that a kid that age would be ashamed to tell anyone

You realize these kids were in the 9th grade when this happened right ? Half of them were driving already

I have a 14 yr old son who would fight the first person who tried to stick anything up his arse.

If not he would for sure tell his dad who he knows has his back

"Do you have kids at CC or something?" I'm not defending CC even though I've had family members go there recently and know the school well.

Another question is - Why is there no criminal charges in this ? If all of these assaults took place why haven't these 14, 15 yr old kids been charged or arrested ?

Ruston is full of bitter/petty people who sit around talking about each other while acting like they are all best friends at church, but then when something happens like this they all pounce and get the pitch forks out.

Personally I don't really care what becomes of this I just think the facts don't make any sense.

I would not scrutinize the amount of penetration or the amount of times. Just one instance of a gang of peers holding a young adult child down at school and even attempting to ram a bottle or figurine, successful or not, anywhere close to his privates in attempt to humiliate him, would be enough for me to favor plaintiff. Over the clothes ramming of a figurine of any frequency or degree or even just holding him down to humiliate him would convince me that punishment is warranted. Baseline acceptable punishment...they should be banned from playing sports wherever they attend school. Can't participate in fun things when you've humiliated someone else just trying to make it through, potentially causing suicidal thoughts in the victim. They should all settle this case.
