re: Help with understanding a New Orleans Entergy bill...

It could be like mine. We built a new house and had the permanent meter installed in March. We moved into the house in May and ever since the permanent meter was installed the bill says that it has been estimated. The total kWh’s use on the bill is 2900 the total on the meter it is 5400 so a difference of 2500 kWh used that I haven’t paid for. So as it figure I owe them about $400 when they finally bring their lazy arse out here and read my meter. I’ve called 3 times and sat on hold for over an hour each time and have never been able to talk to anyone about it. So this afternoon I decided to send them a frick your sorry arse company email to see if that gets them to correct their shite before it gets to be $1000 bill.
