Industrial microcontrollers, PLCs and the like, supplies are starting to dry up quickly.
Even the "hobby type" boards for things like the Arduino, STM32, ESP32/8266 etc...all prices are starting to rise.
The entire automation industry is in for a rough ride.

Model trains are being held up in China as they are waiting for the controller boards. No chips for them either.
