Kcrad, I’d start threatening at this point. Tell him it’s becoming uninhabitable and that you want the issue taken care of. Maybe demand an air quality test. If he still doesn’t want to do it maybe threaten going to an attorney.

If someone can send Kcrad my info or send me his I can have someone go over there with a moisture meter and take an air quality test...free of charge

Sorry about the delay, but AT&T just took an extended break again. Thanks for the concern everybody, the right people already know what's going on. I'll just leave it at that.
