they give nothing to the church
They give nothing to the poor and needy
they’re not saving a dime for retirement,
they’re not planning on having any kids and being fruitful in a marriage (because they both work, career over children)
you do those things and combined with how cheap money is and you can live in a pretty nice house on a pretty low salary
