Saying its a CD and Bond is very disingenuous.
If its a "bond" its absolutely a security and as such, when the SEC gets ahold of it, you are all fricked.

Pardon my ignorance, but how can the SEC affect international investments? I can use a VPN saying I'm at Santa's house in the North Pole.
