Talent generally overcomes. It happens time after time. The Nets shouldn't work together. But they are all willing to sacrifice. Good organizations make it happen.
The Nets big 3's skillsets do not conflict with one another. Them being able to sacrifice isn't the issue with the Pels.
Sure. Zion was able to still perform at a high level last season despite the lack of shooting around him, but the offense often got bogged down due to the lack of spacing.
B.I. struggled more than Zion because teams were just leaving the likes of Adams, Bledsoe, and even Lonzo to clog the paint and driving lanes. B.I. Had no room to work and neither did Zion.
Adding a guy like Simmons who has proven to be an unwilling shooter is just frankly a terrible idea.

They will be fine and they don't positionally conflict with Simmons. They can easily co-exist on the floor together.
In a half-court setting, Ben actually does conflict with both BI and Zion. In the half-court, Ben was relegated to standing in the dunkers spot after an initial action with him was completed. We just went through a season with a guy (Adams) that couldn't shoot hovering around the dunkers spot. Teams will simply help off of Ben to clog the lanes for Zion and BI.

Is it though?

The Sixers had the best record in the East and the 3rd best record overall. They want a ring and everybody choked in the playoffs. They want to blame Simmons
Sure they had great regular seasons, but when you are a team with championship aspirations, it comes down to being able to beat the 3-4 best teams in the league. We've had enough evidence to show that Ben isn't a guy long for the playoffs at the highest levels where he has been exposed time and time again. The sixers fell to a Hawks team. Not the Bucks. Not the Nets. The Hawks.

Dude, we can't even make the playoffs. We need any and all talent we can get. We have maybe the worst backcourt in the entire NBA on paper.
