If you have a friend that lives in town, I'd ask them to set it up. You may not be able to get around paying the non-resident fee, but setting up everything on their website is a bit of a pain in the arse to only do it once.

I’d play wildcat. Memorial is super crowded at all times and not that much fun in my opinion. (Cart path only, ridiculous rough where your ball disappears) I played memorial 3 times last 10 days - it’s tough
