I said I think most rational people would INITIALY assume she had an undiagnosed heart condition rather than it being from a vaccine side effect.

To make it simpler for you I basically said that the first thing that would pop into most rational people's head upon hearing this news was an undiagnosed heart condition. That in no way was me ruling out other possibilities.
