The only thing I can think is that the sisters are either twins or look a lot a like. The sister who did it probably was trying to get back at the sister for some petty shite.

Play stupid games win stupid prizes. I bet that dude was drunk or some shite and the sister snuck in his room in the dark or something. That’s the only way I see this playing out the way it did, otherwise the husband would be dead.
